Grief, Metaphor & Memory

What allows us to join with a client who has suffered overwhelming loss or pain? How do we find it within ourselves to join them and hold space for such pain and loss? Using writing prompts, creative autobiography, and group process, this closed group (4 to 6 participants max) is designed to help trauma therapists deepen and strengthen their clinical work with clients through examining their own relationship to loss.

This seminar group is open to participants with a master’s level degree in social work or counselling psychology.
